Who these terms are between

Wish is operated by Cauld and Clark IT Solutions, Philippines. These draft terms describe the intended rules for using the website and game. They must be reviewed before public launch. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.

Your account and age

Use an appropriate username, keep your password private and use only an account you are authorised to access. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Players under 13 should play using a parent’s account with their permission and supervision. If you are a minor, involve a parent or legal guardian before agreeing to these terms or making any purchase. A parent is responsible for supervising a child’s use, subject to applicable law.

Wishes, play and cosmetic purchases

Wish is free to play. New players receive 10 wishes to make their first 30-card deck. More wishes are earned by playing, never bought. Money only buys cosmetic looks, not stronger cards or gameplay advantages.

Cosmetic purchases, if offered, should show their price and applicable terms before you pay. Only make a purchase with the account holder’s permission. Nothing here removes your rights under consumer law or an applicable store’s refund rules. Contact [email protected] for purchase help.

Wishes, cards and cosmetic items are game features, not money or investments. They have no promised cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Play kindly. Play fairly.

• No bullying, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, threats or other harmful or unlawful content.
• Do not share someone else’s personal information or put sensitive information in wishes.
• No cheating, exploiting bugs, bots that disrupt fair play, account theft or attempts to interfere with the service.
• Only submit content you have permission to use. Do not impersonate someone else or violate their rights.

We may reject wishes, remove content, or restrict an account to protect players and fair play. To report a problem or ask for a review of a restriction, contact support.

Your words and AI-created cards

You keep any rights you already hold in the original content you submit. You give us permission to process, store, adapt and display that content as needed to judge wishes, create cards and run the game, including sharing relevant content with our judging providers as described in the Privacy Notice.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content. We do not promise that a generated card is unique, protectable by copyright, or free of third-party claims. You should not submit private information or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

A living game

Wish can change as we improve it. Cards, rules and availability may be adjusted for balance, safety or maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that a particular card will always work the same way.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Leaving or losing access

You can stop playing whenever you like and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated misuse, safety risks or legal requirements. You can contact us to ask for a review. Deletion or loss of access can affect access to your collection and cosmetic items, subject to any rights the law gives you.

Changes, questions and applicable law

We will update these terms as needed and provide appropriate notice of important changes. Philippine law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. We prefer to resolve problems by talking first.
